✨ Throwback Thursday ✨
I’m Jesse, owner of Hegewisch Nutrition & Lakefront Nutrition, and these are my parents—owners of EastSide Nutrition.
Here are a few throwbacks from our journey and business initiatives. My mom, Lupita, completely changed our family’s habits when I was 6 years old. She introduced healthy, nutrient-dense smoothies and simple diet adjustments that transformed the way we viewed health.
It was never anything fancy or complicated at home—we just created healthier alternatives to some of our favorite foods and treats. That same philosophy lives on in our nutrition clubs today. Our menu has been curated based on what’s worked for us and how we’ve used this nutrition to fuel our bodies.
We’ve been part of our communities for over 15 years. Along the way, we’ve faced challenges, but those experiences have only strengthened our mission.
We’re passionate about our products, our business philosophy, and helping others grow personally. We’re also passionate about teaching others the business model that has given us clarity and direction in this industry.
We’re here to serve—and as always, thank you for being part of our family! 💚

We’d like to highlight our team members. Our team members are one of our biggest assets, and without them, nothing is possible.
Each of them goes through multiple systems designed to empower them and challenge their leadership, with the intention of helping them excel in everything else they do. Behind the aprons are advanced placement students, college students, entrepreneurs learning to open their own nutrition clubs, and women working to build a better quality of life for their families.
As you know, we abruptly took over Lakefront Nutrition, and our team leaders were immediately placed in leadership positions to support the expansion. Their ideas, energy, and creativity have made everything possible.
Two individuals truly stood out — stepping out of their comfort zones, challenging their discipline and capacity, and rising to a higher level of resolve.
Sabrina and Alex are our Team Members of the Month. Both have been awarded and are appreciated beyond expression!
