To get to S Lake Street in Gary via public transport, one can take the South Shore Line train to Gary Metro Center station and then transfer onto the Gary Transit bus. Get off at 5th Ave and Broadway, which is a short walk away from S Lake Street.
If driving, take I-90 E to Grant St in Gary. Take exit 10A from I-90 E and continue on Grant St until turning left onto W 5th Ave. Turn right onto S Broadway and then left onto S Lake Street. There are street parking options available near the cafe.
