We are towards the finish line of our New Year celebration. What a marathon! Cambodian New Year is on April 13th (I only remember it because it is also my bday)

And so, The Classics return. Prahok Ktiss. Tek Prahok. Plus a very special Amok that was last prepared for Momma Lim.

Also, The Garden has sprouted, and I can’t wait to share its bounties again with you all!
