Chicago, IL — August 29, 2023 — Gregorio Hernandez, co-founder and former co-owner of the popular La Dulce Vida Neveria, would like to clarify to the public that La Dulce Vida Neveria officially closed its doors as of February 28, 2023. The former location has since been occupied by a new business called La Dolce Vita. Gregorio Hernandez wants to make it abundantly clear that La Dulce Vida Neveria is not associated in any way with La Dolce Vita or its owners.

Clarification on Unauthorized Use of La Dulce Vida Neveria's Brand

It has come to Mr. Hernandez's attention that the entirety of La Dulce Vida Neveria's branding, including its name and distinctive dessert offerings, appears to be in use by La Dolce Vita without any consent or authorization. "I do not know who the new owners are, and I have not granted permission for any aspects of La Dulce Vida Neveria to be utilized by them," states Gregorio Hernandez.
