Thank you for recommending our cinnamon ginger tea. It’s a little spicy but warm and sweet like Christmas morning. Naturally sweetened with cinnamon sticks. No caffeine and sugar free.
"Excellent place to have lunch before vising Frank Lloyd Wright's home and studio. We were four people, everybody had something different from the menu with variety. Everybody liked their meal. The place is tidy and smallish, but not too small. I had a cinnamon tea and expected it to have lots of sugar as we are in the U.S. but was delighted to find that this drink was healthy and not too sweet. A strong recommendation."

October marks one year since we opened alice & friends in Oak Park, and we can hardly believe how quickly this first year has flown by! We’re so grateful to everyone who has welcomed us, dined with us, and supported our small business.
And while we’re celebrating, there’s another milestone we can’t let pass by: Our Chicago location officially turned 10 back in January! We may be a little late to the party, but we think a milestone this big deserves a celebration of its own.

Fall festival season is here and this weekend brings two events near our Oak Park and Gleview locations.
🧡 Oak Park Oaktoberfest
Date: Today, September 25 & tomorrow Saturday, September 26
Time: Today from 4 PM - 10 PM & tomorrow, Saturday from Noon - 10:00 PM.
Location: Downtown Oak Park, south of Lake Street on Marion Street and North Boulevard.
What to expect: Enjoy an exciting lineup of live music, delicious bites from local restaurants, specialty craft beers, and fun activities for the whole family.

Right in the Oaktoberfest area! The restaurant is on Marion Street, making it an easy stop before, during, or after the festival.
