There’s never a dull day in the restaurant business!!! It turns out the alternator works best when it’s IN the van and not in the middle of the road. Who knew?! Shoutout to our Operations team for being on it and to the guys from CR TOWING & RECOVERY who get here in under 30 mins to help us out today. We appreciate you!

You’ve gotta take the good with the bad, and there’s a lot of good!!!

On a similar note. My son watched our viral video from yesterday and told me it’s the “dumbest thing” he’s ever seen. No joke.

So shoutout to the alternator and my son for keeping me humble today. Tomorrow is looking up!!! 🤣

SOUND ON for just a little singing and commentary!!! 🤣🤣 Not only do we fry all of our chicken and fries in 100% beef tallow (since 2017), we also dip them in our seasoned tallow when they come out of the fryer! This adds an extra layer of flavor AND acts as a binder for the spices that go on next. Now ya know!!! ❤️
