To Our Cherished Friends and Loyal Guests,

With immense gratitude and a heavy heart, we share the bittersweet news that after 14 unforgettable years, DueLire will be closing its doors. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure an agreement with our landlord, and the building has been put up for sale. Our final day of service will be Saturday, September 28th.

Whether you’ve dined with us countless times or never had the chance to experience our culinary passion for Italian cuisine, we invite you to join us one last time to experience our homemade meals that brought joy to so many.

The DueLire family—Maria, Misael, Grillo, Eric, Luis, Adriano, Jenny, Rita, Karina, Erkay, Massimo, Lisa, and the little ones, Chiara and Gabby—will miss you dearly.

You can still find us just around the corner at our sister restaurant, “Il Milanese,” located one block south on Lincoln and Montrose.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. Stay tuned as we look forward to sharing our next adventure with you.

School is almost over, Summer is almost here what is always available at DueLire is a nice homemade pasta like this beautiful “Ravioli alla Panna” ricotta e parmigiano cheese ravioli in fontina cream sauce with bits of prosciutto cotto and petite sweet peas. Yummy!

Alternatively, you can take the 76 bus and get off at the Lincoln Ave & Diversey Pkwy stop.
