44 years ago we started making banh mi for one neighborhood. Now we're opening one in Schaumburg.
If you've been making the drive downtown for our sandwiches, you don't have to anymore.
Ribbon cutting is Thursday, Aug 27 at 11 AM.
Saturday the 29th we're throwing a party from 12pm to 4pm with a live DJ and dragon dance.

Since 1982, our family has been making banh mi on Argyle Street in Uptown.
People drove in from the suburbs for years, and we always told them the same thing.

I'm standing in that one day right now, in a room in Schaumburg with the counter already in.
About a month from opening.
