Ten years ago my wife's mother and brother flew from Japan to Chicago to spend a week with us.

They were all out shopping and I was home alone, so I pulled out my calligraphy set and started drawing whatever came to mind.

They all came back and thought it would be fun if we all drew something.

This is the origin of my logo, it was missing something at the time but now, it's perfect.

The vast majority of canned and bottled coffees are faded.

What are the telltale signs of cold brew fade?
1. Greenish tint. (Looks like Mr. Spock or Bizarro Superman)
2. Hotdog water smell and taste, yum.
3. Large pieces of sediment at the bottom or floating. Beyond fade, this is a scoby🤢
