Smoked Ramen is back tomorrow!!!

This project is 5 yrs in progress and truly a labor of love...why it only appears a few times a year.. A time consuming process that starts with smoking beef bones over aromatics to break down the marrow, creating a smokey foundation. The bones, rendered marrow and aromatics are then simmered for over 12 hrs building our unique flavos with herbs and spices.

It all comes together with noodles, our spicy pickled cabbage, cured molten egg, and fresh ingredients all combined with our smoked Brisket, chicken, turkey, or Portabella mushrooms.

Previewed it yesterday on the patio during the bears debacle and this was the only positive of the day. Smoked Rib Roast and Jerk turkey legs were fire too... of course I was too busy to take pics I'd those (again)

Please tell me some of yall tried the pulled lamb pastrami because I have no idea when I'll do it again lol. I think the sandwich is crazy and got a few msgs/texts saying the same.

Thinking we're gonna do tandoori or peri peri chicken for this Sunday...I'm locked in on bringing new smoked grub each week
