What people say

Ramen restaurants are known for their delicious and comforting bowls of noodles, broth, and toppings. And Tatsunoya on W Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles is no exception. This ramen restaurant has a rich history that dates back to 1999 when it was founded in Kurume City, Fukuoka. Despite the competitive ramen scene in Kurume, Tatsunoya's founders were dedicated to perfecting the ultimate bowl of ramen, which has paid off with its growing popularity.

What sets Tatsunoya apart from other ramen restaurants is its commitment to providing customers with a feeling of awe-inspiring or "kando" experience. And this dedication is evident in every aspect of the restaurant - from the quality of ingredients used to the preparation of each dish.

One must-try dish at Tatsunoya is their Tonkotsu Ramen, which originated in Kurume City. The broth is rich and flavorful, made by simmering pork bones for hours until they release all their flavors and nutrients. The noodles are perfectly cooked and have just the right amount of chewiness. And the toppings - from chashu pork to bamboo shoots - add depth and texture to each bite.

Overall, Tatsunoya on W Sunset Boulevard is a must-visit for anyone looking for an authentic and delicious bowl of ramen. With its rich history and dedication to providing customers with an awe-inspiring experience, it's no wonder why this restaurant has become so popular among locals and visitors alike.
