Paramount Room Paramount Room, a gastropub and American restaurant located in Chicago's West Loop, is a unique dining experience set in a 100-year-old former speakeasy. With a dual-level space and contemporary design elements, Chef Partner Stephen Dunne's internationally inspired menu of seasonally influenced gastropub favorites are expertly paired with rotating "No Crap On Tap" drafts, house-designed cocktails and boutique wines. Thanks so much to all of those who helped us celebrate at our 10th anniversary BBQ yesterday. To reach the gastropub and American restaurant located on N Milwaukee Avenue in Chicago, you can take the blue line train to Division Station or Ashland Station. From there, it's a short walk to the venue.
