Paramount Room, a gastropub and American restaurant located in Chicago's West Loop, is a unique dining experience set in a 100-year-old former speakeasy. With a dual-level space and contemporary design elements, Chef Partner Stephen Dunne's internationally inspired menu of seasonally influenced gastropub favorites are expertly paired with rotating "No Crap On Tap" drafts, house-designed cocktails and boutique wines.
