To get to N. LaSalle Drive, you can take the Brown, Purple, or Pink line on the Chicago "L" train and exit at Merchandise Mart Station. Alternatively, you can also take bus routes 37 and 125 which stop nearby.
If driving, take I-90/94 to Exit 50B Lake Street. Turn left onto Lake Street and then right onto N. LaSalle Drive. There are several pay-to-park lots in the area as well as limited metered street parking available.
