It’s brought us so much joy to see our dining room filling up and so many people coming out to eat with us! As a small-business, your support and patience means so much to us.

These past few days we’ve had a full house from the moment we opened our doors, as well as unprecedented amounts of carry-out and delivery orders! While we’ve been racing to keep up— going through batch after batch of rice and all of our prep work—we cannot overstate our appreciation for your patience and understanding as we find our rhythm again!

With the incredible demand we’ve experienced, we’ve realized that to maintain the highest quality service that you deserve we will have to temporarily limit sushi orders to dine-in only. As a small, family-owned and operated restaurant with limited staff, we want to make sure every guest receives the best we can give. This adjustment will allow us to give each order the care and attention it deserves.

Hey Soonies! Did you miss us?

By now, many of you have figured out our new location and collaboration with Saigon Panda, but if this is news to you… Surprise! 🎉 We’re excited to bring Kenosha delicious dishes from Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese cuisines— all in one location!

As we navigate this transition, we will only be able to serve sushi during our dinner hours, 4 PM - 9 PM, but bring your appetites for the same fresh flavors that we know you’ve been missing, and get ready to find some new favorites 😉

Huge thank you to everyone who came out for our last Friday on 54th St!!

We had one of our biggest rushes since our reopening— so big we ran out of rice mid-shift (that’s how you know it was a good night). Thank you for bearing with us and being patient while we handled our little mid-shift rice emergency!

For those who weren’t able to get their sushi fill, we are open tonight for your last chance to grab sushi from our OG spot! We open at 4pm and we’d love to see you one more time (maybe a little earlier than usual 😉)!

It’s been so lovely getting to know them and their story while they help us tell ours through their gallery; we couldn’t be happier with the photos and are equally excited to share them with you all!

As we wrap up our final few days in the original Soon’s location and transition into a new space, we are so grateful to have these to look back on.
