You are standing on hallowed ground
This site was once the location of Atlas Studios, the legendary Chicago recording studio that built a safe haven for the Chicago Punk Rock scene. Many great artists created many great works within these walls. Most importantly this is the very spot that two of the greatest albums, recorded by one of the greatest bands, were recorded. Words cannot describe the impact has had on this city, nor on this pizza shop owner. It is an honor to stand where you created history.

So bummed we can't make it to the metro tonight, but we finished our Alkaline trio tribute. A few years back we learned that fat chris's was once a recording studio where alkaline trio recorded two of my favorite albums. Imagine opening a business to find out your favorite band recorded some of your favorite music. Amazing.
