I’d like to thank everyone who came out today for our final service. My heart is full. It was the absolute craziest and shortest service in my life. Selling out in an hour is a record breaker for us. Thank you for being patient with our ticket times and for all the kind words we’ve heard this last week.
Thank you for the Long Room staff for handling a crazy shift and keeping all the customers happy while waiting for their food.
A special thanks to for jumping in on the line when his only plan for a day off was to eat and do fun stuff.
Lastly, I’ve been asked a bunch of times what’s next for me. Answer is I don’t know just yet but this girl plans on being a woman of leisure for a short while. Maybe even go out to brunch soon lol
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to my staff past and present for your hard work. To Jason, Jeff, and Clark, I’ll be back soon. ❤️❤️

For a couple of weeks now, I’ve been thinking about the words to say to convey what I need to say. Didn’t come up with anything poetic or fancy. So here are the facts friends, Biscuit Man is closing. Our last day of service is this Sunday 8/28.
When I bought Biscuit Man, back in 2019, I had big plans for Biscuit Man’s future, unfortunately so did Covid. Everything has changed and it’s no longer sustainable.
I can’t express my gratitude to our customers, community, and The Long Room family for being there with us before, during, and whatever this post Covid time is.
As the week progresses, some operational stuff will be happening. Thursday will be the last days to order online or through GrubHub. Lastly, we ask for everyone’s patience if it’s busy and your order takes a bit longer…staffing shortages is definitely one of the problems. We also will be running our regular menu for as long as we have the ingredients to do so.
Stop by for a final biscuit sandwich, to tell us your favorite memory, or simply to say goodbye.
We will miss you all!
