PHONE SERVICE UPDATE:

We want to address the continued concerns about reaching us by phone. Since the complex is new, it does not yet have full internet service. We knew about that, but we didn’t realize it was also affecting our phone lines.
While we did have some phone-answering challenges during our first couple of weeks, we continued receiving complaints long after that and couldn’t understand why. We now know that callers hear the phone ringing on their end, while it may not actually ring at the establishment.
We completely understand the frustration, and you have every right to be upset after repeatedly trying to reach us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are working with the owners of the complex to get this resolved. Thanks all for your patience & understanding.
