What people say
Boeufhaus is a must-visit steakhouse, American restaurant, and French restaurant in Chicago. The restaurant's philosophy of serving responsibly raised animals and artisanal products provides a fresh take on classic farm-to-table fare. The coalescence of old world culinary techniques and contemporary style is evident in every dish served at Boeufhaus. Despite the name meaning "beef" in French and "house" in German, the menu coexists with vegetarians too. Owner Jamie Finnegan stated that they are not just meat-eaters but intelligent animals with a taste for quality food. Chef Brian Ahern ensures that the carnivorous menu caters to vegetarians as well. Boeufhaus is a French-and-German-inspired sandwicherie and brasserie that offers an unforgettable dining experience.
