You caused an entire fuss about the desire to pick up from our humble dispatch location on Sedgwick Street. So, we are reinstating the pick-up option on Fridays from 2 – 6pm. Mastermind owner, Rachel, has done it again by combining her handmade cinnamon ice cream and chewy dark chocolate chips with chunks of our creamy pumpkin cheesecake. It’s a surefire delight! In 2025 we set out to raise funds for our first food truck. Believing in who we are and what we do, a handful of dedicated believers supported us with their financial contributions and enthusiasm to help us do just that. This truck would be an ambitious investment of time and expense that would further our artisan brand. However, after rethinking the why, time and total costs involved, we re-purposed our intent to create a high quality scholarly food excursion program! First stop: Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery.

• You can receive same day delivery of your choice from the Original Daily Classics menu. Just reserve online to get placed in the que where only a fixed quantity is available. Once the batch is sold, no additional inventory will be offered for the remainder of the day.
• You can have next day delivery of our specialty infusions like Tiramisu, German Chocolate or Pumpkin Spice.
• You can even pre-order up to 90 days in advance to ensure that your birthday cake, corporate dessert spread or self indulgence is on time for your special day. Use the calendar at checkout to choose a future date and time. Now, that’s Schweet.
