For the first time at Anelya, we are proud to pour Ukrainian wines! It is exclusive! Outside of Ukraine itself, these bottles can only be experienced at Anelya.

This collection brings together some of the most exciting modern Ukrainian wineries, each rooted in the unique terroirs of Southern and Western Ukraine.

✨ FROM THE MYKOLAIV REGION — Beykush Winery

Located on the unique Cape Beykush, with shores washed on one side by the Berezan Estuary and on the other by Beykush Bay, the winery is known for its experimental, small-production wines that have become symbols of modern Ukrainian winemaking.

Represented at Anelya by:

🍇 Artania — elegant, layered, and beautifully balanced, with bright fruit, soft spice, and a long, refined finish.
🍇 Telti Kuruk — made from a rare indigenous grape once nearly forgotten. Crisp, mineral-driven, fresh, and deeply connected to the history of the Black Sea region.

🎾 FROM THE ZAKARPATTIA REGION — Stakhovsky Wines .wines

Founded by former professional tennis player Sergiy Stakhovsky, this winery represents a new generation of Ukrainian craftsmanship and passion.

This Valentine’s Day at Anelya, we are pleased to present a special prix fixe menu created exclusively for guests who have reserved with us. Our team has thoughtfully designed this experience to reflect the spirit of the evening and the flavors that define our kitchen.

This is a rare chance to enjoy Osetra caviar, known for its beautifully smooth texture and rich, nutty flavor — a true treat for both caviar lovers and first-timers.

We’re proud to present a limited-time prix fixe menu celebrating the timeless dishes of Crimean cuisine — a beautiful intersection of Eastern European roots, Tatar and Central Asian spice.

What’s on the menu? 📖

🥄 Eggplant spread with lavash crackers

🍃 Sarma — tender grape leaves rolled with bulgur, sour cherries, and herbs, served with yogurt sauce and pepper oil

🍜 Lagman — rustic hand-pulled noodle soup with slow-braised beef and vegetables in a deeply spiced broth

🥟 Cheburek — golden-fried pastry filled with juicy lamb and beef, both street food and soul food
