A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate our final weekend at Kitchen 17 and The Fallen Log, as well as to everyone who ordered shipped frozen food! We had a blast with you all, and are looking forward to the final chance to hang out at our going-out-of-business-blowout-buffet-party tomorrow, Tuesday the 25th. We will have the kitchen crew going wild providing whatever they can dream up for food, we will have drinks and desserts for sale while supplies last, and we will have some exciting surprise final musical guests returning to put on one hell of a show!!
$30 admission includes all you can eat food and music! 5PM doors, 7PM food, 8PM music!!
Can’t wait to see you all there!!!

All good things must come to an end, and so it goes for Kitchen 17. After over a decade of tireless work to bring you tasty vegan treats, Sir Edwin and his merry crew will be closing up shop this month and heading for new adventures. 💚🚀
Thank you so much for your patronage over the past dozen years! Because of you and our amazing employees we've become an internationally recognized vegan brand, shipped over twenty-thousand frozen pizzas from coast to coast, and hosted hundreds of bands at our concert venue The Fallen Log. It’s true that during that time, some stumbled through our doors who lived up to the woodland creatures’ worst stereotypes about the humans, but others among you have made your species proud!
If you’d like to support us during our final month:
-- Last day to place shipping orders is Friday, November 21. 🚚
-- We will be open for regular business hours through Sunday, November 23. ⏰
-- Final closing party and goodbye show is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25. 🎉
If you happen to run a restaurant or bar, you should know that the human workers from Kitchen 17 will soon be available for hire – there are some damn fine people among that bunch.
Some aspects of Kitchen 17 might reappear in some form in the future: Sir Edwin still has big dreams. For now, we wish you all the best of luck, and, if you’re a good one, we hope our paths will someday cross again!

Still dealing out these frozen pizzas for nationwide shipping! We have a couple of new flavors coming on board in the next few days here, and will be taking off a few pizzas that we are kinda sick of making. :P.
In a world of infinite time I would make a nice Sara Mclaughlin farewell video for our goodbye-pizzas....but I will probably be a bit too busy making some pizza pies. 🍕🌈🔥

Hey all! Kitchen 17 won't be opening until 5PM tomorrow due to a private event offsite. We apologize for the inconvenience but look forward to serving you a delicious dinner or late night snack. Plus we've got a great show with doors at 6:30 PM over in The Fallen Log.

Hope everyone is surviving the summer heat okay! We wanted to let everyone know we will be closing today after brunch ends at 3PM for a private event. We will also be closed all day next Friday the 4th of July to allow our staff a day off to relax with family and friends!!

Fresh off our new brunch menu (10 to 3pm today, folks--in house, takeout, or delivery!) --- it is the Chicago Scrambler Pizza Pie!
Housemade scram, loaded with green peppers, onions, garlic, and jalapenos, cheddar, mozzarella and a choice of BBQ or Buffalo sauce.
And a bunch of other delicious brunch heaps. Pancakes, potatoes, and eggless eggy delights!

For those using public transport, take the Brown Line train to Diversey station. From there, walk west on W. Diversey Avenue for approximately 5 minutes and you will reach the vegetarian/vegan restaurant and pizza place. Alternatively, take the #76 bus and get off at W. Diversey Ave & N.
