Grumpy's Coffee and Ice Cream Cafe

Grumpy's Coffee and Ice Cream Cafe Grumpy's Coffee and Ice Cream Cafe, located on E Burlington Street, was a popular coffee shop and American restaurant that offered a wide selection of ice cream. Even though Grumpy's was actively involved in the community by attending events like the Independence Day parade, the cafe ultimately closed its doors in 2014 due to economic difficulties. Although their old freezer can be found at Zoo City Treats in Brookfield, business information for Grumpy's is no longer available as it has been permanently closed.

Grumpy's is gone. A result of the economy that doesn't support small business. Real Estate requires higher rents, Perveyors require higher prices. Kids require a daily ice cream cone that will not compromise their allowances, and adults a good cup of coffee that they can enjoy daily, and not once a week. Do I have to say more?

Check out Zoo City Treats at 3748 Grand Blvd in Brookfield. Just a short walk North of the Brookfield train station. Our old freezer is there, along with most of the flavors of ice cream we carried at Grumpy's.
