Not only is Linda the creative mind behind cedars latest brand visual identity, she is also an interdisciplinary visual artist, designer, and daughter of Historic Palestine 🇵🇸
Her critical art practice examines a social, cultural, and political identity through the lens of diaspora, displacement, and intellectual exile.
Linda’s work is curated with the support of the Jackman Goldwasser Artist Residence at the Hyde Park Art Center, and her Art Gallery is located in Hinsdale.

This Thanksgiving, we’re offering a special catering of our signature dish, Musakhan — often called “Palestinian chicken.” Traditionally made with sumac-seasoned chicken roasted over caramelized onions and served atop fresh taboon bread, Musakhan is a dish of gathering, home, and heritage.
At a time when Americans are rethinking what gratitude, justice, and belonging mean, we see Musakhan as a bridge between Palestinian tradition and the spirit of Thanksgiving. With moments like Zohran Mamdani’s historic win in New York signaling a broader shift in public consciousness, we’re reminded how quickly the national conversation around Palestine — and shared humanity — is evolving.
Our Musakhan is available by catering only, and pre-orders are required by November 25. We’re honored to share a dish that embodies resilience, generosity, and homecoming this holiday season.

Bassem Youssef — yes, that Bassem Youssef, the legendary Egyptian comedian once dubbed the “Jon Stewart of the Arab World” — is coming to Cedars for an ultra-secret, one-night-only show.
After selling out the early Sunday show we added Tuesday + Wednesday shows. Those sold out too!
So we’ve added a MONDAY SHOW AT 7:30 PM!

He’s developing new material for his next big tour, and he’d love the Cedars community to be part of the process.
