Cornish hen Kabsi rice, lasagne, roast and vegetable is on the menu. Cranberry salsa, corn casserole, yogurt, and strawberry arugula salad are always a complementary addition to any meal that had chicken or beef! So we made sure to include them! Yummy!

Freekeh us a smoked wheat that has a very distinct aroma and taste. It is delicious and a star super grain! We love it with salad but sometimes we serve it with tangy plain yogurt.
