Our new seasonal salad is all the rave from our staff and early dinners.

Similar to our peach salad, you’ve got roasted poblanos, corn, goat cheese and Neuske’s bacon but we substituted peaches for a variety of melons and it is a HIT!

You’ve got to come try it to understand how refreshing and tasty this salad really is. 🍈

Okay, Chicago we’re back with another scrumptious tlayuda collaboration…and this one might stop you in your tracks. We have fused our chef genius with the one and only, John Manion, of El Ché! Now I know you were thinking steak (we were too) but Chef John came to us with full flavored ham and delicate soft cooked onions, we couldn’t say no. This tlayuda is allllllllll about the onions, but also features an acidic and bright chimichurri that really takes it to the next level. We present the Luxury Fugazza Tlayuda.

Get it while it’s hot!

Another Chicago treasure for the Chicago lovers — we’re talking bold flavors, no rules. The seasonal tlayuda represents a classic Wiener’s Circle Chicago Dog atop the crispy bed of the Xoco tlayuda. When we say classic we mean classic: grilled Vienna beef hot dogs, mustard, relish, tomato, sport peppers, and celery salt. Talk about a fully loaded bite!

We are overjoyed to share this one-of-a-kind profile and experience with you.

In collaboration with The Wieners Circle.

Farmer’s Market season is still underway and it’s got us feeling peachy!

Our new dessert addition to the menu is a peach tart that offers summer on your plate. Local peaches, a buttery, crunchy streusel, cloud of whipped cream with a loving drizzle of caramel!

Seasonably irresistible. 🍑
