A huge THANK YOU to all our customers, friends, fans, and supporters! As you all know all good things must come to an end and so we have :-( After 34 years of serving the most beautiful customers all we can say is thank you for keeping us in business for so long! For supporting us and for the beautiful memories! On Sunday Aug 14, 2016 we served our beautiful clientele for the last time. Doña Cuca has been ready to retire the past couple of years and reluctantly did so this Sunday. Her retirement has come so let us not be sad but rather happy for the beautiful time we did have as Chicago's #1 seafood restaurant. You, our customers, made her dreams come true and for that we can not thank you enough!
We wholeheartedly say goodbye and thank you!!

My beautiful customers and friends that we have been gladly serving for 20+ years! Me da mucho mucho gusto anunciar que *DRUMROLL* We will be featured this Sunday on WGN's (ch. 9) "Chicago's Best" at 10pm!!! We will be filmed this Friday at 10:30am…filming will take place from 10:30am- 12:30pm so if you are free this Friday come get your 5 seconds of fame as they fade out and take an action shot of the lunch crowd!! (11:15 am and stay an hr or so To commemorate this joyous little snippet they're running on us anyone dining in during that time bracket will get free drinks (non alcoholic: orchata, soda pops) and 10% off their check!! Come join us this Friday and be on TV! Share our 10 seconds of fame or watch us this Sunday at 10pm on WGN's CHICAGO'S BEST!!!

YES we're open!! Come have a Caldo de Camaron, champurrado, arroz con leche etc and warm up with us!! So far we have only had one customer ;( I suspect we will probably close early due to this bitter cold I suggest calling us at (773)767-4980 before stopping by but as of this morning YES we've been open and ready to serve you :)

It's getting cold out there!! Boo to the cold but yaaaye to winter faves that are back! Come get your homemade arroz con leche O champurrado today to keep yourself warm! ;) Also we will be open this Thanksgiving Thursday from 10am-4pm! Stay warm and have a great weekend and a very happy thanksgiving :)

We're baaaaack!!! Feeling super refreshed from our vacation! Opened yesterday, back to normal business hours! 10am-11pm today and tomorrow then 10am-10pm for the rest of the week! Come refresh yourself as well with some delicious mariscos! Feels good to be serving our clientele once again!! :)
