My name is Chef Lashon Burrell, founder and Executive Chef of Cajun Cafe Chicago.
I started this company with a simple goal: to bring people together through food, culture, and connection.
What began as a passion for cooking has grown into opportunities to serve corporate events, community gatherings, weddings, celebrations, and so much more throughout Chicago.
The part I'm most proud of isn't just the food. It's the relationships we've built, the memories we've helped create, and the team that shows up every day with the same commitment to serving others.
