I love both!😍 Which one would you personally prefer!? The florist did an amazing job decorating the cake with florals that matched their sweetheart table.
I posted something that I vowed I'll never to do, which is allowing AI to alter anything on my cakes. But I gave in since it only change the flowers and I liked it.
My friend used AI to switch the colors when she heard me say I preferred white or pale pink flowers to not overpower the details the bride wanted on the cake.
I really believed that it's unfair to have bakeries who used AI for their portfolio while there are us who create ours through years of real handwork and sweat.

Made some last minute Horse TangHulu Macarons for a friend's Chinese New Year Celebration.
I am Chinese, I had said Happy Lunar New Year for 20 years of my life but I want to represent my culture more. From now on, don't judge me for choosing to say Chinese New Year and I won't judge you for not knowing your history. Can't hate us if you still use our traditions.
Chinese New Year originated in ancient China over 3,000 to 3,500 years ago, during the Shang Dynasty (c. 1600–1046 BC). Initially, it was an agrarian tradition used to mark the end of winter and the beginning of spring, often involving ceremonies to honor gods and ancestors.
🧨Firecrackers was invented by the Chinese. Correction, China invented the first versions of gun powder, which was used for firecrackers. The rest of the world took it and invented fireworks, guns, canons and other destructive weapons.
Our Chinese lion dance? It originated over 1,000 to 2,000 years ago, with early forms dating back to the Han (205 BCE–220 CE) or Tang Dynasties.
I support the term Lunar New Year, but I stand by my own culture at the end of the day. Happy Chinese New Year!🧧🧧🧧

Lets bring PopMart on for the ride! The birthday girl want Zimomo, Mokoko, Skull Panda and Molly.
We kept the base cake a bit simpler to direct more time and details on the carousel.
I almost didnt want to give the carousel up. I was going to take the week off for my birthday (NYE baby) but this theme is just too in my interest to say No! This family has ordered for almost all their girls' bday, so even more the reason to reason not to turn down.

Detail pictures of the dessert table from the grand Minion themed birthday party.
This is the very party that started all the awesome cakes I made for the Han family these few years. The latest Derpy the Tiger cake was also their recent cake!
