We are incredibly grateful to share that power has been restored at Pink Panini Soups & Salads and Jerk & Cocktails!
This has been an incredibly difficult time, and we truly appreciate every prayer, I gotta get some water. I’m so thirsty and sleepy. How am I? Thank you. I need a water. Wow this is. Oh yes, this is really cool. I thought I was gonna be able to drink it straight down message, phone call, and act of kindness. Your encouragement meant more than you know and helped us get through a challenging week.

The past week has been one of the most difficult times we’ve experienced as a small business. Due to the extended power outage, we have been forced to keep our doors closed for an entire week. If anyone knows of any resources, programs, or organizations that may be able to assist us during this difficult time, we would truly appreciate you letting us know.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Seven days without electricity has meant seven days without being able to welcome our guests, prepare meals, or operate our business. We’ve experienced a devastating loss of food, inventory, and revenue, and the financial impact has been overwhelming.
Small businesses work tirelessly to serve their communities, and moments like these remind us just how fragile things can be. While this has been heartbreaking, we refuse to give up. We are committed to rebuilding, recovering, and coming back stronger than ever.
We are incredibly grateful for every customer who has supported us, shared our posts, checked on us, and kept us in your prayers. Your kindness and encouragement have given us hope during one of our darkest moments.
