Mr. Beef is now open in Concourse B, bringing its world-famous Italian Beef sandwiches directly to our travelers. 😋

From its humble beginnings on Orleans Street to international fame, Mr. Beef has been a staple of the city’s culinary scene for decades. Originally founded by Carl Bonavolanto Jr. and Tony Ozzauto, the shop became an icon for its no-frills, gravy-soaked beefs that defined the "Chicago style."

For David, Midway International Airport remains the most memorable project due to this was the very first project OKK had in aviation. Understanding the process and seeing the quick development. It was impressive and it start our market into aviation work. This project embodies his passion for hospitality-driven design and continues to inspire the work we do today.
