We ran into some issues in April where we had to deviate from the beer release timing we committed to at the beginning of the month, as a result, we think we’d be better off with an end slide dedicated to the beers that doesn’t include dates. Lmk what you think.
May Beer Releases
*Class Reunion Chicago Lager - Class of 2016 Collaboration with Dovetail, Hopewell and Old Irving Brewery
*10th Anniversary Paloma - Tequila Barrel-Aged Grapefruit Gose
*Coco Frio - Tropical Lager with Coconut + Pineapple
Our beer list is always evolving. Check back each week for the latest release timing.

10 years in the West Loop. Cinco still lives here!
Cruz Blanca turns 10 this Cinco de Mayo, and this year, Cinco lands on Taco Tuesday. We’re starting the celebration now with wood-fired tacos, house-brewed cerveza, freshly shaken margarita pitchers, and the people who have made us a West Loop staple for the last decade.
Thank you for being part of it. We’ll be celebrating 10 years throughout the months ahead, but for now, we’re making the weekend count.
This Sunday, St. Joe Jack plays live from 12–3 PM.
For Cinco, come in for tacos and margaritas, grab 4-packs to go, order Cruz Blanca for home, or become the favorite person in the office with a large-order taco pickup.
Click through the link in bio for reservations, to-go orders, and large-order pickup.
Let’s Cruz!

There are few things more satisfying than a properly made al pastor — adobo-marinated pork belly kissed by the wood fire, balanced by the char of grilled pineapple and the brightness of salsa roja. Some tacos you eat once. This isn’t one of them. Lunch at 11. Dine in, pick up, or delivery.

A one-of-a-kind cerveza brewed for the 2026 Craft Brewers Conference in Philadelphia. Speakers Alex Ancona, Ryan Brooks, Ignacio Lomeli, and our head brewer Jacob Sembrano crafted Maize Odyssey in collaboration for their talk on Exploring Mexican Lagers.
"With the Brewers Association recognizing Mexican Lagers as an official category, we brewed a beer that mirrors their stylistic guidelines and gives way to modern adaptation. We encourage brewers to explore species of corn native to Mexico and in our own backyards. Each variety of corn has their own unique story to tell.
The corn used in Maize Odyssey is a green varietal native to Oaxaca that is grown, malted, and milled less than three hours from Chicago in Lebanon, Indiana by Sugar Creek.
This cerveza is dry, quenching, provides a subtle earthy sweetness and showcases everything you love about your favorite Mexican lager, and brewed with the same admiration for maize that has sustained Mexico and Central America for thousands of years." - Jacob
Fresh 4 packs at the pub ready to accompany your weekend voyages.

Frutabomba - 5%
"I love this beer! Futabomba highlights the balance of acidity and salty snap you’d expect in a traditional Gose, while modernizing the style with zesty heirloom Indian green coriander, pulpy pink guava, and curiously fragrant yuzu.
Together, these elements create a highly drinkable contemporary Gose" - Jacob
Plenty of 4 packs available at the pub. See you this weekend!

"This mixed culture saison has all the familiarity of a classic Belgian saison and spent several months fermenting with our favorite funky yeast cultures and conditioning on ripe sliced + freshly juiced pineapple. It is naturaly carbonated providing crisp effervescence. It finishes bone dry and is insanely quenchable. Just how I like my saisons" - Jacob

“A rich yet airy malt body comes from the finest Bohemian quality brewing barley – variety Malz, and malted in Nova Gradiška, Croatia. Malz is a registered spring barley variety used for malting, often associated with Bohemian quality brewing and recognized for its suitability in producing traditional Czech beers. Discerningly hopped with spicey and floral Saaz and poured through a Lukr faucet straight from the Czech Republic” - Jacob
