🧡 10th Anniversary Rubia 🧡 - Blonde Honey Bière de Garde
Rubia is where it all started - the very first recipe and test brew I worked on for Cruz Blanca before our Randolph Street brewery was even built.
Those initial batches came together in a West Town garage using some of Caleb’s earliest malt from Sugar Creek. It's a nod to our Midwest roots, our commitment to local growers, and a toast to the Alsatian brewer who founded the original Cruz Blanca in Mexico back in 1869.
Rubia is a French farmhouse-style ale or Bière de Garde and is brewed with Illinois honey and French malt from , then naturally refermented in cans and kegs for a lively effervescence. The malt brings a subtle toasted aroma, the honey adds a soft touch of sweetness, and it all resolves into a crisp, wildly dry finish.
Rubia is a welcome addition to our 10th Anniversary line up and is tasting great - Jacob

🚇10th Anniversary El Train IPA🚇
We’re taking a trip down memory lane for our third 10th-Anniversary release! El Train was the first IPA we ever brewed, and we’ve given this classic a major upgrade. Our all T90 hopped IPA has been modernized after 10 years of advancements in hop products & techniques. Mosaic cool pool, Simcoe HyperBoost hop dip & Citra Cryo dry hop (to name a few) built on a robust yet refreshing malt body with firm bitterness. A nostalgic nod to our IPA of yesterday, reimagined for today. And like all our 10th Anniversary throwbacks, we feature the original artwork.
Daft and 4-packs available this weekend. Come through.
Also tapped, draft only deep-cut variant - Coconut El Train! 🥥🚂

✨️10th Anniversary Paloma✨️ - Tequila Barrel Aged Grapefruit Gose
After a decade of iterations, we have released the most extravagant version yet!
While the recipe and style has evelved through the years, Paloma has always been inspired by Mexico's beloved grapefruit-cocktail of the same name.
For the first (and maybe last) time ever, our 10 year version is aged in añejo tequila barrels, adding a great layer of complexity to an already bright, salty, & zesty sweet treat.
We have a limited amount on draft with 2 packs available to-go of this incredibly special b**r.
Cheers to 10 years!
