The restaurant promises to offer a unique dining experience rooted in two of South Carolina's most time-honored traditions - smokehouse and oyster bar. The owners, Katherine Rushing and Chef/Owner Brandon Rushing, have been actively engaging with the Chicago community through social media, attending events like First Bites Bash and expressing their excitement to participate in future culinary events.
The menu at Briny Swine Smokehouse & Oyster Bar will feature South Carolina barbecue dishes prepared by Pitmaster Will Kalutz, including wings, ribs, pulled pork, brisket, chicken, turkey breast and more.
