Briny Swine Smokehouse & Oyster Bar is a highly anticipated restaurant that is set to open in early 2023 in Chicago. The restaurant promises to offer a unique dining experience rooted in two of South Carolina's most time-honored traditions - smokehouse and oyster bar. The owners, Katherine Rushing and Chef/Owner Brandon Rushing, have been actively engaging with the Chicago community through social media, attending events like First Bites Bash and expressing their excitement to participate in future culinary events.
