Today, we turn off the lights for the last time.
Since 2007, Dib has been more than just a restaurant; it has been our home and you have been our family. Over the last two weeks, we have been overwhelmed by your kind words, your hugs, and the stories you’ve shared of first dates, birthdays, and weekly traditions spent at our tables.
Thank you for showing up for us one last time. As we serve our final meals tonight, our hearts are full. We are leaving with 18 years of beautiful memories that we will carry with us forever.

To Our Incredible Customers and the Uptown Community,
We are writing to announce that Dib will be concluding its business operations. Our final day of service will be Sunday, December 21, 2025.
Since opening in 2007, our greatest privilege has been serving this community. For 18 years, your loyalty, support, and friendship have been the foundation of our restaurant. We built our business on our passion for sushi and Thai cuisine, and you responded by making us your favorite place for dinners, lunches, and special moments.
