The Indiana Dunes Birding Art Show at Tiny’s is officially up and it’s absolutely inspiring. 🐦🎨
Featuring talented artists from Gary and across Northwest Indiana, this collection celebrates the beauty of the birds, dunes, shoreline, and natural landscapes that make Miller Beach and the Indiana Dunes so special.
Come experience the artwork, enjoy a cocktail or coffee, and soak in the creative energy here in downtown Miller Beach. The exhibit will remain up through June 28, so there’s plenty of time to stop in and take it all in.

🚲 Hop off the South Shore at the Miller Station and ride to Tiny’s in just 2 minutes!

This time the theme is Birds of the Indiana Dunes — celebrating the incredible birding destination right here in Miller Beach. The NWI Times recently highlighted the excitement around the upcoming show and the growing connection between art, nature, and birding in our community.
Miller Beach is a premier birding destination per Indiana Audubon, with hundreds of bird species passing through our dunes, beaches, wetlands, and woodlands each year. We’re excited to showcase local artists inspired by that beauty right here at Tiny’s.

Unlike many towns that are near the dunes, Miller Beach is actually embedded in the dune ecosystem connected to:
• Indiana Dunes National Park
• Marquette Park Beach
• Douglas Center for Environmental Education
Tiny's is walkable to the national park and the Marquette Greenway trailhead, and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Come for a cool nature experience an try our comfort food (pictured is our smoked salmon salad) , cocktails, and espresso drinks! Everything is close together here, find your place at Tiny's!

To get to the American restaurant on S. Lake Street in Gary, you can take public transport by boarding a bus or train that goes to the Gary Metro Center Station. From there, you can walk towards the east until you reach Lake Street and then head south.
If you are driving, take either I-90 or I-65 and exit towards Gary/US12/US20. Continue onto S Martin Luther King Jr Drive and turn right onto W 5th Ave. Turn left onto Broadway and continue until you reach S Lake Street.
Parking options include street parking or parking at nearby pay lots.
