To get to the restaurant on N. Western Avenue in Chicago, one option for public transport is to take the CTA Blue Line train and get off at the Western-O'Hare stop. From there, you can transfer to the CTA bus #49B and ride it southbound on Western Avenue until you reach your destination.
Alternatively, if driving, take the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94) and exit at Addison Street. Drive west on Addison until you reach Western Avenue, then turn left and go south until you find a place to park. However please be aware that parking in Chicago can be limited so it is always best to plan in advance where to park or consider using public transport.
