Michaela and Ryan’s favorite memory happened in a calm pause right before the ceremony:

"Sharing a toast with our wedding party before the ceremony was the perfect unexpected moment to pause, take it all in, and appreciate the people standing beside us before we kicked off what would become such a wonderful evening."

Thank you for hosting your wedding with us, and congratulations, Michaela and Ryan!

“In Italian cooking, the ingredients speak the loudest. It’s a common-sense way of eating: you eat what’s in season because it tastes the best. For our Heirloom Tomato Dinner, tomatoes are the star of the menu 🍅

I got access to really good stracciatella, so using it as a base with local tomatoes and shaved Tropea onions felt like a natural pairing. We’re even doing an almond cake with house-made gelato and a sweet tomato compote.

When something tastes as good as heirloom tomatoes during peak season, you feature it everywhere.” — Chef David
