It’s always a FAMILY vibe. Such a happy moment to have the Moy fam break bread together one last time at the Shop.
The squad surprised Papa Moy with the largest Almond Cookie in VNN history 😋. He was the inspiration behind us doubling the size of our cookie in 2016 and it’s only fitting he received a very special one today . . . 10x bigger than our classic ones.

Dear Evanston Fam,
We want to take this moment to share with you that Viet Nom Nom will be permanently closing. Our last day of service will be Friday, February 24, 2023. From the time we first launched in the spring of 2015 to opening our storefront in the summer of 2017 to our very last meals in the coming days, we set out to serve fresh & healthy meals, feed our community and simply take care of people - both inside & outside of our kitchen. Mission accomplished.

Happy PHO-riday y’all! We’re so pumped to finally have our Beef Pho at 🙌!
fam, you can now get delicious bowls of our Beef Pho at our Norris food court location — noodle soup for lunch, dinner, repeat 😋.
100% beef bone broth with all the tasty notes of star anise, cinnamon, clove and more! Fresh rice noodz + fresh veggies + herbs and our housemade Spicy Hoisin. Gluten friendly all day, every day!
