I first met Matt at a pop-up at On Tour Brewing, where he stopped by and tried our food. Who knew that one interaction would turn into such a meaningful relationship? 💕

Last year, when Matt opened his automotive detailing & training school, he trusted Tacos Las Manitas to be part of his grand opening. Fast forward to this year, and we had the pleasure of catering his wife Andrea’s milestone birthday dinner. 🥂🌮

This is what means the most to us. Great food may bring people in, but quality, consistency, and genuine customer service are what build lasting relationships — and sometimes, customers become friends.

Meet our cashbox queen Noemi (No-eh-me)!

She’s a Jr in HS and hopes to attend Toronto MET to study music production.

She enjoys helping out over the Summer months at TLM because “The food is 🔥, I’m never running crazy cause I got a good system in place, and my boss is so cool”.

Her favorite thing to eat is the Nachos with steak, melty, crispy cheese, and topped with the avocado salsa.

Meet the Page family. They come to most, if not all, my pop-ups at Skeleton Key Brewing. A couple of times we sold out before they were able to buy, but they keep on showing up. Mom and I have shared so many awesome conversations about being a boy mom, and how underrated my La Gringa taco is!

Meet Aarav (ah-duv), he’s running our residency’s for the summer! He’s a senior in HS and is hoping to go on to UIUC to study mechanical engineering.
He enjoys working with Las Manitas because “Working with food is a lot of fun and I get to go around to brand new places and share the food with everyone”
