Featured on the Poochie & Pang Show on NBC, this sandwich is everything we stand for — guajillo-soaked telera bread, black bean purée, mushrooms, crispy fries, avocado, crema, queso fresco & salsa macha heat. 💥
But more than that — Taquizas Valdez was born as a tribute to my late mother Rosa Valdez. Every bite, every flavor, every dish is made with the love and passion she passed down. 💖
