They are made of our hard scoop/pint recipe which is creamier and will last better in your freezer if it makes it there 🫶

You can get your Fauxtillos fix today at our Palermo’s Unreal Foods pop up from 3pm-sold out in Lincoln Square! Palermo’s is bringing the Italian beef and hot dogs and we have the chocolate cake shakes 🌭🍦
Update on the Wicker machine, we are waiting on a crucial part to ship from Italy 🤌 but it is set to arrive next week! We will update when it’s all ready to go, but for this weekend we just have vanilla out of our one working machine so please be patient with our wonderful staff 🥰 you can still get all flavors of milkshake and sundaes under the sun 🌞

We need your help to turn our luck around, please send good thoughts and vibes 🙏 The Wicker Park vanilla/chocolate machine is struggling!
We are calling in every favor to get this fixed as soon as possible, but this little burnt wire requires the entire motherboard to be replaced and that is no easy task.
Until then we only have the best vanilla soft serve you ever tasted at our Wicker Park location (the remaining working machine is the best); but Lincoln Square still has all flavors available!
Thanks for your patience at Wicker Park because our entire business relies on one machine until we can get everything fixed 🍦

Cosmic Cake Sundaes and Chocolate Cake Shakes are back for May! 🥳
These treats are made with our famous chocolate cake bites (which happen to be gf) and were available on our day one menu in 2021, so we decided to bring them back for our 5 year bday month!

The chocolate cake is perfect but delicate, so we replaced them with our brownie bites in 2023 when we opened our Lincoln Square shop.
Also reminder that the first 50 customers at both shops will get a free slice of birthday cake tomorrow (Saturday)!

Surprise 🥳 our Wicker Park shop is going to be open normal hours this weekend (Saturday and Sunday)!
We are still working on improvements and hope to have them done for our reopening on 4/3, but we couldn’t go another weekend without seeing your faces!
We will be training some new staff so please be patient and supportive while everyone gets up to speed ❤️
This weekend we only have vanilla and chocolate soft serve with a brand new seasonal starting on 4/3.

Spring Hours Announcement!
Bad news first: we will be closing our Wicker Park shop from 3/2 - 4/2 for much needed maintenance and a glow up. Our original Wicker shop is celebrating its 5 year anniversary in late May and we are expecting a busy summer, so these updates will mean better service and happier staff for the remainder of the summer.
The good news: starting 3/2 our Lincoln Square shop will be open 7 days a week and will remain open every day until next fall! 🩷
Be on the lookout for new flavors and menu starting next week!

We will be doing one or two pint flavors at a time to benefit organizations we’d like to support. Rather than trying to think of flavors that make perfect sense, we will be doing random flavors that we think will sell well so we can raise more money, flavors we are excited about and that help us deal with leftover ingredients to reduce waste.

Lots of questions about the last day for apple cider soft serve and apple cider donut cake sundae: the last day is 10/6! After Lincoln Square Apple Fest, of course. Then we close on Tuesday and Wednesday for our new fall hours, and reopen on Thursday on Halloween mode!

To get to the location at W Giddings Street in Chicago using public transport, take the Brown Line train to the Irving Park station. After exiting the station, walk west on Irving Park Road and turn left onto N Damen Avenue. Continue walking until you reach W Giddings Street.
If you are planning to drive, there are several parking options available along both sides of W Giddings Street. Additionally, there is a parking lot located at the intersection of N Lincoln Avenue and W Giddings Street, which is only a short walk away from the location.
