We think it’s pretty tough to take our delicious sandwiches and make them better, but if there was one person who could do it, it would be the sandwich king himself, Jeff Mauro, and his new Honey G, from Mauro Provisions.
Honey G Pepper Relish is a whole new take on Mauro Provision’s famous Honey G Craft Giardiniera. It starts with Medium Craft Giardiniera which is finely chopped and mixed with premium Grade A Honey. The result is a sweeter, shinier, crunchier Honey G that is more colorful with the perfect balance of heat of crunch. There is nothing like it on the planet. NOTHING!
For the month of April we are adding Honey G to our L.T.O. If that’s not exciting enough, this week on Thursday April 11th from 11am to 1pm you will be able to meet Jeff at our 125 S. Wacker location. Although it may alter the flavor if you have him sign your sandwich, it’s not out of the question.
