If you’ve never tried our mushrooms as a topping, you’re missing out.

A lot of places simply throw raw mushrooms onto a pie, but we like to treat every ingredient as its own and get as much flavor out of it as possible.

We season our cremini mushrooms with garlic and rosemary, then roast them at high heat until they’re deeply caramelized and packed with flavor before they ever hit the pizza.

Try them on our Truffle Mushroom pie, or add them to your next build your own 🤘

The simplicity of a classic cheese pizza - properly fermented dough, tomato sauce using the absolute best tomatoes, and high-quality whole milk mozzarella. We would argue that there’s very few things that hit quite the same.
