A STRESS FREE NYE PARTY

New Year’s doesn’t have to mean staying up till midnight — especially with kids.
This year, we’re hosting a Noon Year’s Party at 2d, a fun, stress-free New Year celebration designed just for families.
🕚 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Each child receives:

Hi friends,
Chicago winters are tough — and no one should feel cold or hungry. That’s why we launched the 2d Soup Drive, and we need your help to get the word out.
If someone needs a warm meal, they can simply come in and tell our team they’d like to join the 2d Soup Drive.
They’ll receive a free hot bowl of soup — no purchase, no questions, no judgment.

We know many parents are feeling uneasy about going out to trick-or-treat this year. In times like these, we want to bring back a little comfort, warmth, and joy to our community. 💛

Hi all!
We are going to host a series of Lunar New Year in Chicago events in the 2d restaurant showcasing a variety of traditions and delicacy from all parts of Asia!
Tentatively, we will have two dumping 水餃 making, and spring scroll 春聯 calligraphy workshops and looking to have even more at 2d!
Can you share with me a bit on your favorite lunar new year tradition, food etc and if you know any organization that would be interested to collaborate in events? Please feel free to share with me! Thank you

The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Chicago. If you are planning to use public transport, you can take the Red or Blue line and get off at Jackson station. From there, walk north on State Street for about 2 blocks until you reach the restaurant.
If you prefer to drive, take any major highway leading to downtown Chicago and follow signs for Lake Shore Drive. Exit at Monroe Street and continue west for about half a mile until you reach State Street. Turn right onto State Street and continue for another block until you find parking nearby. From there, walk north on State Street until you find the restaurant.
