🌷May Specials are Here at Pick Me Up (just in time for Mother’s Day!!!)❤️
We’re bringing back a couple of old favorites this month:
First up, our Mediterranean Veggie Pita: Marinated red & green peppers, eggplant, onions, tomatoes, feta cheese and skordalia served on grilled pita bread; served with your choice of side (hint: sub the feta for our vegan mozzarella for a vegan treat!)
We’re also bringing back our Skordalia: Traditional, refreshing garlic potato spread, served with our homemade toasted pita chips, carrots, celery, tomatoes, cucumbers & onions (hint: take away the pita for a gluten-free dish!)
Also, a few drinks we’re offering this month: Our new Sparkling Iced Americano: Lemon-lime soda topped with a double-shot of iced espresso ☕️🍋🍋‍🟩
And finally, our Herbal Strawberry: Gin on the rocks mixed with strawberries, basil & lemon/lime soda! 🍓🌿

Sammitch’: Crispy vegan bacon, fresh tomatoes, romaine lettuce & homemade vegan garlic mayo served on your choice of wheat or white toast; served with your choice of side. We’re also offering up Shrimp Tacos: Golden-fried shrimp served with cilantro, homemade chipotle slaw & corn tortillas (Hint: add black beans & rice on the side!!) It’s time to reintegrate the local artistic community onto the “big, yellow wall.” Each artist gets about a month to display…contact us directly here or leave a website or link to your work with the staff while visiting us @ PMU. It’s February and love is all around…but more importantly, so are Pick Me Up’s specials!! 💕
A few returning favorites to get us through winter: Try our Frenchy’s Eggs: Fresh, toasted French garlic bread, encrusted with parmesan cheese & topped with two perfectly poached eggs, grilled red peppers and creamy hollandaise sauce. Served with our signature home fries.

New Year, New Specials at Pick Me Up!!!
Year 29 kicks off with our newest favorite: Martha’s BBQ Chicken Sammy! Our homemade fried chicken, marinated in tangy BBQ sauce and topped with lettuce, tomato, red onions & mayo on an oat bun; served with a choice of side.
We’re also offering some good old-fashioned breakfast food (served whenever breakfast applies to you)…Try our Huevos Divorciados: 2 sunny-side up eggs placed on freshly-fried tortillas and drizzled with homemade green & red salsa; served with black beans. (Gluten free!)
And a few fun drinks to wash everything down…Cozy up with our Winter Cocoa: dairy OR vegan milk expertly blended with créme de menthe syrup, topped with whipped cream & peppermint candy. (Hint: add a shot of Bailey’s or Jameson to cozy up…more.)

As we wind down 2025 and head toward our 29th (!!) year, we wanted to take a brief moment to tell you all how incredibly grateful we are to have your support. This Ravenswood-Uptown-Andersonville community means the WORLD to us! We hope each and every one of you have a wonderful, safe, and prosperous 2026! Thanks for making Pick Me Up a part of your lives and we can’t wait to see y’all soon!!!

Up 1st, it’s our PMU Pumpkin Pancakes! 🥞 Our delicious buttermilk batter is expertly mixed with pumpkin for a perfect taste of fall; Topped with caramelized pumpkin seeds and sweet caramel sauce (Ask for our vegan version without caramel!)
Wanna bit of sweet with your savory? Try our Grilled Cheesy Apple 🍏 - Crisp, Granny Smith apple slices are grilled & topped with gooey sharp cheddar and our homemade sweet honey mustard dressing. Served toasted on white or hearty whole wheat bread with your choice of side. (Vegan or gluten free options available!)
