He’s been here for over 35 years, before Kinzie Chophouse was Kinzie Chophouse. His official title might be Lead Steak Chef, but to the team, he’s Papa.
Three and a half decades in the same kitchen is something special, and we’re incredibly grateful to have him on our team and as part of the Kinzie story.

To reach the restaurant located on N Wells Street in Chicago, visitors can take the Brown or Purple line train and exit at the Merchandise Mart stop. From there, walk east towards Wells Street and turn left. The restaurant will be located a short distance up the street on your right.
Alternatively, drivers can take I-90/94 to exit 50B towards Ohio Street East. Continue onto Ohio Street and turn right on Wells Street. The restaurant will be located a few blocks down on your left. Public parking options are available nearby for those driving, such as the LAZ Parking garage located on Kinzie St or Metered street parking throughout the area.
