The owners, Ebony Lofton and Mondicia Mindy Konczal, are two sisters who live a plant-fueled lifestyle with seven children between them. Ebony is a vegan, mother of three, 2017/2018 Golden Gloves Boxing Title Holder, 2017/2018/2021 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place Miss Fitness Medalist, Marathoner, Co-Owner of Gain Changers and Plantastic. Meanwhile, Mindy is a mother of three plant-based flexitarian, former USA National Gymnast, Hanes Flex, Tommy Hilfiger Athletic Fit, and Adidas Athletic Sportswear Model. She is also a published poet, columnist and copywriter.
