Days like today make us remember how important partnerships are in making our business go. Our cafe team had the privilege to visit and learn more about their wonderful coffee we are lucky to serve. Special thanks to for his time and hospitality!

And don’t worry, .p.brennan isn’t pictured because he had to run to his son’s hockey game, but let’s be honest this is the real team that makes P+C’s cafe run!

One year ago, we opened the Annex with a lot of hope and a little nervous energy. What happened next was entirely because of you and our team.
•
To our clients, new and returning, thank you for choosing to spend your time here. It means everything. To our incredible team, who has moved, grown and shown up together every single day — we are so proud of what we’ve built.

Our cafe is 8!
•
Hard to believe 8 years ago we had a months old studio, newborn and finally being blessed by the City of Chicago to open the doors to our little cafe. One of our goals w/ our cafe was to make P+C a true community space. We realized not everyone would partake in Pilates, but knew a cafe could provide services that could reach just about everyone. Years later, that concept was proven to be true and surpassed what we could ever had imagined.
•
A very special thank you to all of our cafe staff (scroll!), regulars and suppliers that laid the foundation for what we have become. You know who you all are.

Here’s to a 9th year of wonderful coffee and community.

We’ve been partners with for 4 years, so it was fitting we (finally) made the pilgrimage 230mi north to beautiful Nelsonville, WI. We know how special their coffee is, but we were so excited and grateful to meet the awesome people and see the facility that produce it.

Our team is the fabric that makes P+C what it has been for nearly 8 years and what it has become.
•
We don’t get together often enough, but when we do, it’s always a great time to reflect how fortunate we are and celebrate each other. Thanks to our entire team, past and present, for continuing to make P+C the amazing place it is.

We were missing a few in this photo - you were missed! And special thanks to Ryan at for hosting us.
