Today marks 4 years since the Sanchez family purchased La Sandwichera (in honor of Giovannie Sanchez), and what an incredible four years it has been!

As we close out another amazing Bandera Bandera weekend, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. We know the lines were longer, the traffic was heavier, and things were a little crazier than usual, but you still showed up and supported us.

We appreciate your patience, your loyalty, and most importantly, your continued love for La Sandwichera.
For the past four years, this has been so much more than a restaurant to our family. It has been a place where friendships are made, families come together, stories are shared, and memories are created.

To every customer who has walked through our doors, ordered a sandwich, grabbed a coffee, recommended us to a friend, shared one of our posts, or simply continued to support our family business, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU.

Here’s to 4 amazing years and hopefully many, many more years of serving our community, representing our culture, and making memories together on Division Street.

From all of us at La Sandwichera, thank you to every customer who visited us during parade weekend and helped make it another successful celebration.

We know the crowds were bigger, the lines were longer, and the wait times weren’t always ideal, but your patience, understanding, and continued support mean the world to us. Because of you, we get to do what we love and serve the community we call home.

A special thank you also goes out to our fellow Division Street businesses. We all know how much of a grind parade week can be, and it was great to see local business owners supporting one another throughout the weekend. Let’s continue working together, supporting each other, and helping Paseo Boricua grow and thrive for years to come.

And finally, a huge thank you to Medalla Light for helping us upgrade our patio experience. There’s just something about enjoying an ice-cold Medalla while celebrating Puerto Rican culture at the parade, it feels like the perfect match.
