Signature Taste by Jelian will be on vacation October 13–23, returning Monday, October 26.
After a very busy season, I'm taking a little time to rest, recharge, celebrate my birthday 🎉 and prepare for the next phase of Signature Taste by Jelian. 👀💕

Grab your STBJ game-day favorites for pickup at Bernard Terrell Ci**rs. **You do NOT have to stay for the game to order**—pick up your food and take it wherever you're watching!

Easy weeknight sides. Scalloped Potatoes. Slice, season, bake, enjoy.
No special recipe, just used what I had, listed below.
3 potatoes - sliced thinly
Diced onion (optional)
Heavy cream
Parmesan cheese
Butter
Garlic
Seasonings
More cheese
Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees covered. Remove cover, bake for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown.

Late Post: we'll not that late. My baby turned 16 and she wanted her sweet 16 and her amazing family made that happen. Where did the time go? Proud of the young lady you are becoming and it has been a privilege to watch you grow! A time was had. Check story for footage lol!
