Aglaïa is becoming Macro3 Kitchen. Same neighborhood, a fresh chapter. 🌿
We hoped to fully launch on September 29, but a few vendor deliveries are taking a little longer than planned. So we’re soft launching while we wait for the remaining equipment and materials to arrive.
Many of our new food and drink items will be available along the way: thoughtful coffee, smoothies and protein-forward bites, with a focus on knowing what’s in your food. Selection may vary during the transition.
An important note for our gluten-free community: we’re no longer serving items made with gluten-containing ingredients. However, our current equipment has been used with gluten. Until new equipment is installed and/or existing equipment is thoroughly cleaned, gluten cross-contact is possible. We cannot yet promise a dedicated gluten-free environment. If you have celiac disease or a gluten allergy, please speak with us before ordering.
